Our job, our mission, our passion!

It is to propose quality deli meats elaborated from meats carefully selected, respecting their original terroir. We aim to work authentic recipes while respecting the drying and refining times so that our products reveal all their flavors.

Important investments have enabled the company to significantly increase its production while ensuring a high level of quality. Our equipment meets to various customer demands in terms of:

> Diversity (cooked products, dry products)

> Of presentation (sliced, in matches, diced)

> Distribution channels (self-service, catering, B to B)
